Confectionique: What are Nuit Blanche Thursdays?

At Confectionique, we call our monthly 5-8pm Thursday night markets our "Nuit Blanche" events, in honor of the annual Parisian all-night arts festival of the same name. Translated literally as "white night," Confectionique's Nuit Blanche markets are, usually, our only evening hours each month. Our Nuit Blanche Thursday night markets are the beginning of our monthly four-day market and are a great opportunity to see the shop, our new monthly theme and our new products before everyone else does!

Confectionique found its inspiration in the street markets and flea markets of Paris, which Anastasia and Jessica (aka the Crafting Sisters of Confectionique) visit every year. Like the weekly or monthly markets of Paris, Confectionique is open only on a few exclusive days each month. And like the markets of Paris, Confectionique is a refuge of friendship and frivolity in the midst of our hectic, modern lives. Stop by and meet us -- we may become friends for life!

When we are closed, we re-stage our little Paris market and create wonderful new bon bons, so that we can share with you a new market theme and new products every month. When we open our french doors again, it will feel as if you just discovered a sweet market filled with new treasures!
