October Market: Midnight in (Spooky) Paris!

One of my favorite things to do when I visit Paris with my hubby Adam is to wander the narrow cobblestone streets of the oldest parts of the City of Light late at night and breathe in the history and romance of this ancient place.  Sometimes it's really quite creepy to look up at the dark, imposing shadows of the Concierge, where Marie Antoinette spent her last days imprisoned before meeting her sad fate at the guillotine.  How apropos that my next visit will be in October!  Paris in Autumn is quite wonderful, with mild sunny days and clear, crisp nights.  Nothing like a moonlit stroll on the Champ de Mars, underneath the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower!  And we'll be there for the annual Paris Nuit Blanche all-night arts festival, the inspiration for Confectionique's Nuit Blanche Thursday night wine and craft fests.

I hope you will join us on Thursday, October 18 from 5PM-8PM for our own Nuit Blanche event to kick off our October market -- "Midnight in (Spooky) Paris!"  Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while we celebrate all things Paris, and Halloweenish . . .

Anastasia
