Serendipitious Moments

There were so many wonderful moments at our market this weekend-

Over hearing a customer interpreting the french on the back of one of the vintage postcards we brought back form Paris to her young daughter.

Meeting MaryLou who I think may just belong back in Paris after we exchanged such lovely stories about her last visit there and actually getting goosebumps as she described one of her adventures.

Listening to several customers delight in filling our Crafts in a Tin with crafting bric a brac.

Wrapping up special packages for customers who were going to deliver their gifts in person or through the mail.

Having the shop filled with customers so delighted in finding pre-loved treasures.

Seeing customers finding such thoughtful handmade treasures for friends.

Laughing as we exchanged holiday to dos, lists and gift buying dilemmas.

Connecting about our kids getting bigger, time moving so quickly and enjoying every moment.

Hearing the memories that re-emerged for customers as they found vintage holiday ornaments from their youth.

The holiday spirit filled the air at Confectionique and will again for one more evening this next week.  Thursday, 12/15 we will be open for our Last Chance Market from 5pm-8pm.  We hope to see you there!

A Bientôt!
